Sidhartha Mallya! The actor-author's Instagram timeline was filled with congratulatory messages after he proposed to his girlfriend Jasmine.
Sidhartha, the son of businessman Vijay Mallya, posted a series of pictures on Instagram Stories. In Halloween costume, he can be seen going down on one knee as he popped the question to Jasmine. The lady is Halloween-ready in a witch costume while Mallya Jr wore a pumpkin outfit.
In one of the pictures, the couple pose for the camera, with Jasmine flaunting her engagement ring.
Sharing the pictures, Sidhartha captioned, «Well I guess you’re stuck with me now foreverrrr. I love u my juppet @jassofiaa (pumpkin, red heart, and ring emojis) (thank u for saying yes to this pumpkin).»
Sussanne Khan also dropped a comment, congratulating the couple.
Mallya, who, made his debut as an author with the book 'If I Am Honest' on 2022, announced his second book.
Born in Los Angeles, Sidhartha was raised in London and the UAE.
He studied at Wellington College and Queen Mary University of London, and then attended the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. After graduating from drama school, he began his showbiz stint, appearing in a number of films and television shows, including the sex comedy film 'Brahman Naman'.
His father, Vijay Mallya, is the former chairman of United Breweries Group.
A former Rajya Sabha member, he has been in the United Kingdom for the past few years. The Indian government has been engaged in talks with the UK over his extradition following financial crimes.
