Sophie Gregoire Trudeau who is also a yoga and meditation teacher eventually highlighted about the significance of maintaining a respectful communication with Justin Trudeau for the sake of their three children named Xavier, Ella-Grace and Hadrien, asserted The Telegraph. She also expressed her belief that societal views on marriage and separation often perpetuate guilt and emotional immaturity which can on the other hand negatively affect children.
In her upcoming book named Closer Together, she shares her experiences with eating disorders and her journey toward self-acceptance, noted The Telegraph. While she has been involved in mental health advocacy, Sophie Gregoire Trudeau still remains non-committal about entering politics while stating that there are many ways to serve others beyond political roles.
