This season of the Indian Premier League commenced on March 22 and will wrap up on May 26.
HR heads ET spoke to say such initiatives not only boost team morale and nurture employees' interests beyond work, but also create an inclusive work culture.
«We believe that celebrating the IPL season together is a great way to boost team morale, engage employees and create a fun work environment. From match screenings to quiz games and exciting rewards, we've found creative ways to keep the excitement going,» said Bhuvan Rustagi, co-founder and COO of Per Annum and Lendbox.
At Noise, employees are coming together for match screenings. Urban Company, Dream11, Olyv, and Lendbox are also organising match screenings in office.
«This IPL season, we've made our workplace into a vibrant hub of excitement and camaraderie. Everybody is creating memorable experiences that promote a sense of belonging among team members,» said a Noise spokesperson.
