InsuranceDekho has appointed Divya Mohan its chief human resources officer. In her current role, Mohan will spearhead human resources (HR) at InsuranceDekho, and build the people function to effectively support the overall business plan and growth of InsuranceDekho.

With more than 16 years of experience across large and diversified conglomerates as well as new-age startups, Mohan has worked across companies such as Mahindra & Mahindra, Jubilant FoodWorks, VLCC Healthcare, Volvo-Eicher commercial vehicles, and OYO. She was last associated as Sr.

Director – People Experience with Innovaccer Analytics, a leading health tech firm based out of San Francisco, US. Mohan’s expertise lies in change management, developing and managing a diverse workforce, leadership development, organization effectiveness, and total rewards.
