Molly Betournay (pictured) has joined the firm after six years at Clean Yield Asset Management.
In her new role, she will lead a team of seven ESG research analysts in supporting the firm's investment teams. Based in Boston, she will report to global head of ESG Glen Yelton.
During her six years at Clean Yield AM, she served as director of social research and advocacy, leading the firm's ESG research and analysis of public equities.

She also oversaw its proxy voting programme, while designing and implementing long-term shareholder engagement strategies across a range of ESG issues.
Prior to that, Betournay was director of ESG and impact investing at investment advisory firm Pathstone, head of US research at investment consultancy Vigeo EIRIS and lead sustainability analyst at Impax Asset Management.
