Donald Trump has appeared to be quite testy about the recent remarks thrown at him about Elon Musk, and has now claimed that this is the latest kind of 'hoax' that his political opponents are now trying to smear him with, even when they failed to win the US elections against him. He also assured the audience in a latest event that 'Musk was taking over the Presidency'.
From his statements and reassurances, it looks like these rumors about Musk running the show has got under Trump's skin, and he has become quite reactive about it. However, while making these statements, he threw in a rather interesting comment, that is like a precedent towards sparking another major controversy. Trump doubled down during the interview, and claimed that Musk could not be the President because 'he was not born in the country'.
