A day later, on October 31 evening, suspected militants killed a head constable of J&K police in Baramulla district of northern Kashmir.
“Terrorist attacks like these are beyond the red line. They are in hiding after committing murder. We want to reach to the level of (security) that if somebody from the terrorist, separatist network gave a threat to somebody it will be deemed that a crime has been committed,” Swain told media here.
He said that the investigations into the cases of recent targeted attacks would be conducted professionally. “Whosoever gives any input or tipoff regarding the accused involved in these cases, we have announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for them in each case,” he said.
