Eventually, the issue was fully subscribed on the first day of opening. JG Chemicals IPO subscription status was 2.47 times, as per BSE data.
The retail investors portion was subscribed 3.64 times, NII portion was booked 2.90 times, and QIB portion was booked 2%. It has reserved not more than 50% of the shares in the public issue for QIB, not less than 15% for NII, and not less than 35% of the offer is reserved for retail investors.
