Jio has launched JioAirFiber, its new home Wi-Fi offering, across 8 metro cities with an aim to disrupt India's broadband market.
JioAirFiber is the company's integrated end-to-end solution for home entertainment, smart home services and high-speed broadband. JioAirFiber takes on Airtel Xstream AirFiber, Airtel's 5G wireless home Wi-Fi solution.

JioAirFiber's offerings
JioAirFiber plans start from Rs 599.
There is Rs 899 plan as well as a Rs 1199 plan. The JioAirFiber Max will be priced upwards of Rs 1499.

Catch-up TV: Users can now go back as long as they want and pull out their favourite shows.

The Basic Plan is priced at Rs 499 per month. The Entertainment plan is available for Rs 999 per month.
The Professional plan is priced at Rs 1498 per month.
There is also one Infinity Plan — priced at Rs 3999 per month.
5000+ Apps: Users can access over more than 5000 apps with the Google Play Store. It includes games, music, content and much more, the company's website shows.

OTT: Users can access 10+ OTT apps, including Amazon Prime, Sony Liv, Lionsgate, Eros Now, Manorama TV, Hungama Play, Hoichoi, Shemaroo, Dollywood, Divo, Epic On, Docubay, Flix, Klikk, Ultra.
