Jubilant Food shares drop 0.94% as Sensex rises
Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. traded at Rs 555.95 on BSE at 12:28PM (IST) on Friday, down 0.94 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 412.2 and a high of Rs 586.35.
Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 156.11 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 3.56 per share and 14.26 times its book value, as per BSE data.
A total of 46,967 shares changed hands on the counter till 12:28PM (IST).
The stock commands a market value of Rs 36690.69 crore and is part of the Restaurant & QSR industry.
The scrip has been an underperformer, up 10.44 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 18.6 per cent gain in Sensex.
During the day, the stock moved between Rs 565.65 and Rs 554.35.
Promoter/FII Holding Promoters held 41.94 per cent in the company as of 30-Sep-2023. FII and MF ownership in Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. stood at 26.14 per cent and 15.54 per cent, respectively.
