Culkin then remembered a lighthearted promise Jazz had made to him a year before. About a year ago, he was on a stage like this and made the silly mistake of saying he wanted a third child from her. She told him that if he won the award, she'd give him the child. She had only said that because she didn't think he would win, but after he did, people started reminding her, and he thinks it started to get to her.
He then shared a funny memory. After the show, they were walking through a parking lot, and Jazz was holding the Emmy. She suddenly said, «Oh God, I did say that. I guess I owe you a third child.» He turned to her and replied, «Actually, I want four.» She looked at him and said, «I’ll give you four when you win an Oscar.» They shook on it, and he hasn’t brought it up since. He added, «Jazz, love of my life, ye of little faith. No pressure. I love you! And let’s get started on those kids. What do you say?»
