Kirkland & Ellis M&A partner exits for private equity firm TDR Capital

A senior Kirkland & Ellis M&A partner has quit the US law firm’s London office to join UK private equity firm TDR Capital.
David Holdsworth had been a partner at Kirkland since 2016 and is a longstanding adviser to TDR.
He is set to join the private equity firm as its general counsel in early 2023, according to a person familiar with the situation.
