buyback on July 25 during a meeting of the Board of Directors. The meeting will also see the board approve the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30.
The following proposals will also be considered by the Board in the said meeting: 1) Buyback of equity shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Buyback of Securities) Regulations 2018. 2) Special Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2023-24.
