Fast-growing legal firm Mills Oakley has added four new partners to its ranks.

Street Talk understands Gadens partner Matt Egerton-Warburton is set to join the partnership in the Sydney corporate advisory group.
Egerton-Warburton specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity
capital markets having advised PRP Diagnostic Imaging on its sale to Crescent Capital, Brickworks on its acquisition of UK brick manufacturer Glen-Gery and Inghams on the sale of its horse feed brand Mitavite to Adamantem Capital.
Also joining corporate advisory is Allen & Overy senior corporate lawyer Luke Nicholls, based in Perth. Nicholls has a background in energy and resources law and has advised on a range of commercial transactions including Wyloo Metals on its investment in Greatland Gold and Sandfire on its $US1.86 billion acquisition of its MATSA mining complex in Spain.
The latest recruits follow Mills Oakley’s announcement that a handful of MinterEllison’s public law team had jumped across last month. The firm has also added workplace relations lawyer Patrick Walsh and family law lawyer Martina Storgato to its partnership ranks.
Mills Oakley has added 19 partners since January, bringing the total number of partners to around 150.
