American YouTuber and podcast host Patrick Bet-David increased by $20 million just because Lionel Messi became his neighbor. According to the Daily Star, Messi's mere presence in the plush area has been financially lucrative for his neighbor. The social media influencer, who boasts of more than one billion views across his two channels, has seen the value of his property go through the roof. After joining MLS team Inter Miami, the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner moved to the US. Lionel Messi initially moved to a £ 7 million apartment near the iconic Golden Beach. However, he spent £8.4m on a humongous property located in Fort Lauderdale.
«I have already made $20 million»
Talking to Vlad TV, Patrick Bet-David said, «So far right now, according to today's climate, I've already made $25m (£20m) of equity on the house I own.»

He said further, «Messi just moved right next to my house. Everybody wants to be in our community. It's a gated community on an island with only one way to go, very safe, and very protected. God willing it still is.»
Inter Miami get richer
In his first period as an Inter Miami player, Messi scored 11 goals and assisted in another five in his first 14 appearances in all Major League Soccer competitions.
Inter Miami have also claimed that their ticket sales have quadrupled since the Barcelona legend joined the club.
But, the legend could not help Inter Miami break into the MLS play-off places. Consequently, his season ended in October and he has been resting ever since.
