Sumter County police pulled her over for erratic driving near The Villages, northwest of Orlando. According to reports, an arrest report revealed that the officer detected a marijuana odor, leading to the discovery of a small bag of marijuana and a vape pen with a marijuana-infused oil-like substance in Daddio's jeep.
Daddio was processed at Sumter County jail, securing release within three hours upon posting a $3,000 bond. According to jail records, she faced charges of first-degree misdemeanor for marijuana possession (not exceeding 20 grams) and a third-degree felony for possession of a synthetic cannabinoid.
Violating these charges may result in a jail term of up to one year and a maximum fine of $1,000, as outlined by the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws.
The use of Synthetic Cannabinoids is forbidden under the Substance and Drug Testing policy of WWE for its performers.
Daddio was arrested following her appearance on the red carpet at the DGA Theater Complex in Los Angeles on Dec. 11, where she was celebrating the premiere of the Zac Efron-led movie, «The Iron Claw.”
