National Conference has said it will contest all three Lok Sabha seats in Kashmir. After a parliamentary board meeting on Tuesday, the party leaders said the decision has been taken in consultation with the Congress.
The NC leaders also said Congress will fight on the two Lok Sabha seats in Jammu while the decision on one Lok Sabha seat in Ladakh would be taken after consultation with the Kargil Democratic Alliance and Apex Body Leh. «We have consulted Congress and decided that we will fight on all three Lok Sabha seats of Kashmir,» said Nasir Aslam Wani, NC's provincial president, Kashmir.
The NC's parliamentary board meeting was chaired by its president Dr Farooq Abdullah along with vice president Omar Abdullah here at the party headquarters in Srinagar.
