In his resignation letter, Chaturvedi said he has now decided to explore new opportunities beyond the organisation.
LTIMindtree, born out of the merger of L&T Infotech and Mindtree in November 2022, has since witnessed nearly two dozen senior-level exits and a fight for the top job, which analysts have attributed to its integration pains.
In a recent interaction with ET, current chief executive and managing director Debashis Chatterjee, whose term ends in November this year, has downplayed speculations and is optimistic about the leadership transition.
“We sincerely value his contributions, which have significantly advanced LTIMindtree and set the stage for continued success. His ability to lead with vision and foster meaningful relationships has left a profound impact on the organization,” said Chatterjee in the filing.
