Lupin shares gain 1.77% as Sensex rises
Lupin Ltd. traded at Rs 1612.5 on BSE at 10:35AM (IST) on Friday, up 1.77 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 876.1 and a high of Rs 1727.9.
Earlier in the day, the stock saw a opening.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 38.16 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 42.01 per share and 5.16 times its book value, as per BSE data.
A total of 34,891 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:35AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 73049.89 crore and is part of the Pharma — Indian industry.
The scrip has been an outperformer, up 99.8 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 26.98 per cent gain in Sensex.
During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1614.0 and Rs 1580.0.
Promoter/FII Holding Promoters held 46.73 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2024. FII and MF ownership in Lupin Ltd. stood at 18.28 per cent and 16.82 per cent, respectively.
