Lupin shares gain 2.04% as Sensex rises
Lupin Ltd. traded at Rs 1281.2 on BSE at 10:10AM (IST) on Friday, up 2.04 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 628.1 and a high of Rs 1319.9.
Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 43.54 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 29.24 per share and 2.36 times its book value, as per BSE data.
A total of 11,713 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:10AM (IST).
The stock commands a market value of Rs 57956.59 crore and is part of the Pharma — Indian industry.
The scrip has been an outperformer, up 66.75 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 16.48 per cent gain in Sensex.
During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1283.6 and Rs 1258.7.
Promoter/FII Holding Promoters held 46.77 per cent in the company as of 30-Sep-2023. FII and MF ownership in Lupin Ltd. stood at 14.99 per cent and 16.71 per cent, respectively.
