«Around 1240 million tonnes of coal and 675 MT basalt will be mined from this coalmine,» she said.
Meanwhile, the West Bengal Chief Minister also announced the formation of a new state-level Investment Synergy Committee during the Bengal Global Business Summit.
«The committee, aimed at addressing investment-related issues, will serve as a one-stop, time-bound clearance mechanism to resolve all problems,» Banerjee said.
The committee will be headed by the Chief Secretary, and the committee will meet fortnightly.
