Manchester City are heading into the Premier League's final day of the season as firm favourites to lift the coveted trophy. Arsenal will hope for a miracle. City have 88 points and a plus 60 goal difference. Arsenal have 86 points and a plus 61 goal difference.
If City wins against West Ham, they will lift the trophy and the club will become the first team to win four consecutive titles since the Premier League became England's top division in 1992. However, if they draw or lose, and Arsenal win against Everton, then trophy will head to the iconic London club. Interestingly, both City and Arsenal's games are on home ground.
