Delhi excise policy case, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia has been granted bail by the Supreme Court.
Sisodia, former deputy CM of Delhi, was arrested by the ED in the money laundering case stemming from the CBI FIR on March 9, 2023.
The senior AAP leader resigned from the Delhi cabinet on February 28, 2023.

A bench of A bench of Justices B R Gavai and K V Viswanathan, which had reserved its judgement on Sisodia's pleas on August 6, noted that Sisodia has been deprived the right to speedy trial.
