Law firm Mishcon de Reya postponed its planned initial public offering for the “foreseeable future,” blaming unfavorable market conditions.
The firm was working with JPMorgan on the long-planned float, which would have made it the largest listed law firm in London.
However, the firm on 8 June said its plans to list had been shelved for now.
