Nacdac Infrastructure set a record on Thursday, being oversubscribed 1,976 times on its final day. The ₹7.28-crore offering attracted ₹14,386 crore in bids from 6.41 lakh applications.
The non-institutional investor (NII) portion of the IPO was subscribed 2,635 times, while the retail investor segment saw 2,504 times subscription. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was subscribed 236 times.
Earlier this week, the ₹6.22-crore IPO of Hamps Bio was subscribed 1,057 times while ₹9.17-crore IPO of Toss The Coin was subscribed 1,026 times.
The Ghaziabad-based civil contractor Nacdac entered the primary market to raise ₹10.01 crore through an IPO which was sold in the price range of ₹33-35 per share. The company has proposed to list shares on the BSE SME platform on December 24.
For the year ended March 31, 2024, the company reported a revenue of ₹36.33 crore and a profit of ₹3.17 crore.
