NetApp has appointed Alessandra Yockelson its chief human resources officer, reporting to CEO, George Kurian, the company said in a statement.
Yockelson will lead all aspects of people and organisational strategy, including talent development and growth, performance management, team engagement, recruiting, DEIB, and compensation and benefits.
She joins NetApp from Pure Storage, where she served as CHRO since August 2021 and led organisational change efforts that resulted in global performance scaling.
