The Dubai Media Office shared a sneak peek into the meticulous planning for this spectacle, revealing that the fireworks display is the result of ten months of preparation. With a total of 15,682 pyrotechnics, the show will feature a choreographed firing sequence across 365 positions, with over 2,800 unique locations, making it the largest and most intricate display yet. As described by Dubai Media Office, the event is set to be «the brightest, biggest, and most colourful fireworks show,» an achievement made possible by the tireless efforts of the teams working round the clock.
While the Burj Khalifa's fireworks are the main attraction, the entire UAE is preparing for grand New Year's Eve celebrations. In Dubai alone, more than 45 fireworks shows are scheduled at over 36 locations, including landmarks like the Dubai Frame and Atlantis The Palm. These events are carefully coordinated and supervised by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) to ensure public safety and the smooth running of the festivities.
In Abu Dhabi, a 50-minute fireworks and drone show will set new records, creating a dazzling spectacle to ring in the New Year. Ras Al Khaimah also plans to surpass its two Guinness World Records from the previous year, with a record-breaking combination of drones and fireworks. These shows
