Dharmveer Singh, the district inspector of schools, issued two separate orders, one concerning schools and the other addressing colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. He emphasized that the UP ITS 2023 event is scheduled to be held at the India Expo Centre and Mart from September 21 to 25.

This decision is taken with the possibility of large crowds in mind, as well as considerations for law enforcement, security, and traffic management.»

President Droupadi Murmu is also anticipated to be present at these events, according to police officials.
