Indian market. Oppo recently revealed in a press release that the Reno 10 Pro+ will be equipped with a powerful 4,700mAh battery featuring 100W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge technology. According to Oppo, the phone's battery can reach a 50 percent charge within 10 minutes and a full 100 percent charge in just 27 minutes.
The company also claimed that a quick five-minute charge can provide up to two hours of gaming time on the smartphone. These claims have been independently verified by TÜV Rheinland, as stated by Oppo. In terms of battery specifications, Oppo has introduced the Reno 10 Pro with a slightly smaller battery capacity of 4,600mAh and 80W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge technology, allowing it to reach a full 100 percent charge in approximately 28 minutes.
On the other hand, the Reno 10 model boasts the largest battery among the three, with a capacity of 5,000mAh and supports 67W fast charging, enabling a complete charge in about 47 minutes. An additional notable feature in the Reno 10 series is the inclusion of Oppo's own power-management chip called SUPERVOOC S. This chip enhances discharge efficiency from 97.5 percent to 99.5 percent, providing an extra 37 minutes of talk time. Furthermore, the SUPERVOOC S chip is designed to identify and protect against faulty or counterfeit chargers, as well as detect water in the charger port, promptly cutting off power to prevent any potential damage to the phone.
