panchayat heads, mandal and district presidents, and state and union ministers, will gather in Delhi for a two-day national council meeting beginning Saturday.
The BJP is organising its national council meeting in the national capital just ahead of Lok Sabha elections to enthuse the party workers and make them election ready.
The two-day gathering will begin with a national office bearer meeting on Saturday morning, which will include Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other national BJP office-bearers.
The party has invited around 11,500 delegates from different parts of the country for the event.
The session will be inaugurated by BJP national president JP Nadda on Saturday afternoon after the office bearers meeting. Nadda will also address the party cadre in his speech.
The party will bring a political resolution, which usually takes stock of ongoing political events and party's opinion on those.
The resolution will thank PM Modi for the Ram Temple, the women's reservation bill and success of the party in the recent assembly elections. It will also highlight the disarray of the opposition INDIA bloc and set the momentum for the target of winning 400 plus seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
In the economic resolution, the party will talk about the achievements of the Modi government and how it has set the tempo for a Five Trillion Dollar economy. It will also highlight the white paper it brought against the UPA government in the current parliament session.
