According to CREDAI Western UP, after paying the dues to the Greater Noida Development Authority, these projects or their phases have received OC (Occupancy Certificate) from the concerned development authority.

This will allow the buyer of these units to take possession before the festive season as well as get the registry done. This will ensure supply of more ready to move units in the market for people seeking immediate possession.

A total of 19 developers including SJP Hotels & Resorts, Starcity Real Estate, Ratan Buildtech, Nandi Infratech, New Way Homes, Enthusiast Infrastructure, Sridharaa Infratech, Prosper Buildtech, Panchsheel Buildtech, Solaris Realtech, Kamroop Infrabuild are among the prominent developers who will be giving possession.
