Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels on Monday reported a 46% year-on-year (YoY) growth in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 2023 to Rs 27.42 crore.
Consolidated revenue from operations increased by nearly 14% YoY to Rs 159 crore.
Operating profit, calculated as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), rose to Rs 87.94 crore from Rs 78.41 crore a year ago, while operating margin contracted 70 basis points to 55.31%.
Consolidated total expenses rose to Rs 103 crore from Rs 89.74 crore a year ago.
For the nine months ended December, the company reported a 19.4% growth in net profit to Rs 50.36 crore, while revenue grew nearly 16% to Rs 423.30 crore.
On Monday, shares of the company ended 3.6% down on the National Stock Exchange at Rs 212. The stock had made a strong debut on Dalal Street on February 12, listing at a premium of nearly 21% to the IPO price.
