BJP is working on early announcement of candidates for the Rajasthan assembly polls, like it did for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The state is scheduled to go to polls by this year-end.
In MP and Chhattisgarh, the party has announced the first list of candidates for seats it had not won in the previous election. Sources in the party told ET that it is working in a similar manner to release the first list of candidates for Rajasthan in September.
The party has classified the assembly seats into A, B, C and D categories.
