According to Daily Mail, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer during his first three months in office undertook nine trips while totaling approximately 62 hours in the air with an average cost of exceeding £11,000 per hour.
The travels of UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer included some significant events such as the NATO summit in Washington shortly after taking office which cost approximately £128,346 and involved his wife and 24 officials as well, asserted Daily Mail. Adding onto that, other notable trips included attending the Euro 2024 final which took place in Berlin and then participating in the opening ceremonies of the Olympics and Paralympics which was held in Paris.
The September itinerary of UK Prime Minister featured several meetings with eminent world leaders while including former US President Joe Biden and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and then culminating in an extremely costly trip to the UN General Assembly in New York that alone amounted to a staggering £236,020.
