Poonawalla Group has announced that it plans to construct a commercial tower in the Pune's Bund Garden area with an estimated value of Rs 1,750 crore.
«This forthcoming architectural marvel is poised to become a hub for prominent corporate entities, both domestic and international, seeking a strategic presence in the city. The tower aims to redefine Pune's skyline while offering state-of-the-art facilities to its occupants,» the company said in a statement.
The company said it plans to complete the project by 2026. «Poonawalla Towers is one of our many real estate projects in the pipeline. Our vision is not just to build structures but also to shape the country’s future. The design reflects a masterful blend of classic and contemporary aesthetics. These elements are merged with the experience of one of India’s leading development managers, Amar Builders and MOCO Design Studio,» Yohan and Michelle Poonawalla said.
Poonawalla Group has presence across various sectors including commercial, uber-luxury residential, land development, mixed-use projects, and high-end redevelopment initiatives.
