According to sources close to the couple, Meghan has taken steps to protect herself in the event of a split. “She has made it clear that if and when they do separate, she would demand a settlement that rivals Sarah Ferguson’s when she divorced Prince Andrew,” an insider revealed.
The former Suits actress, who has spent years crafting her brand and public image, reportedly won’t budge unless she walks away with her royal title intact—along with a significant financial cushion and property of her choosing.
