Priyanka Chopra sells two Mumbai apartments to director Abhishek Chaubey
Priyanka Chopra Jonas, currently busy with her assignments in Hollywood, has sold two of her apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri suburb to director, producer, and screenwriter Abhishek Chaubey for a total of Rs 6 crore.
Both the houses on the 9th floor of tower Karan Apartment in Lokhandwala area are cumulatively spread over nearly 2,300 sq ft. Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra has executed both the deals on the actor’s behalf.
Chaubey has paid total stamp duty charges of Rs 36 lakh for the registration of the transaction that took place on October 23 and October 25, showed the documents accessed through Zapkey.com.
ET’s separate email queries to Chopra’s team and Chaubey did not elicit any response.
In April too, she had sold a commercial property in Lokhandwala area for Rs 7 crore to a dentist couple who had earlier rented this space from her in 2021.
