Apart from the BJP and Congress, other parties including CPI (M), RLP, Bharat Adiwasi Party, Bhartiya Tribal Party, Aam Aadmi Party, AIMIM are also contesting the elections. Over 40 rebels of both BJP and Congress are also in the fray.
