'Shiv Barat' in Kota on the occasion of Mahashivratri late Friday morning. They were electrocuted from a high-tension power line passing overhead in the Sakatoura area under the Kunhari police station, news agency PTI reported. All the injured were rushed to the MBS hospital in Kota. Rajasthan Minister Heeralal Nagar told ANI, "It's a very sad incident... Two children are seriously injured with one sustaining 100 percent burns." "Officials are directed to investigate if there has been any kind of negligence...," he said. Meanwhile, news agency ANI shared a video on X, showing people carrying children, who were injured in the incident, to a hospital. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla reportedly reached the hospital to take stock of the situation.
