But now I’m back. What did I miss?” As fans poured into her DMs, one particular question caught her attention — a request for Korean drama recommendations. That’s when Rashmika opened up about the shows she’s been hooked on lately.
Rashmika's All-Time Favourite K-Drama?
Rashmika revealed that among the many K-dramas she has watched, It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, starring Kim Soo Hyun and Seo Ye Ji, remains her all-time favourite. “Most favorite, hmmmm… Almost every series I’ve watched, so it’s really hard to pick. But if I really have to, then I’d say, It’s Okay to Not Be Okay,” she wrote. The popular Netflix drama, praised for its deep emotional storytelling, revolves around a psychiatric caregiver and a children’s book author with emotional scars. Kim Soo Hyun’s portrayal of Moon Gang Tae, a man caring for his autistic brother, was widely applauded, with the show earning a nomination for Best TV Mini-Series at the International Emmy Awards.
In the same conversation, Rashmika also opened up about her growing interest in Chinese dramas. When asked to pick her favourite among Hidden Love, The First Frost, and The Best Thing, she didn’t hesitate to name the Bai Jingting and Zhang Ruonan starrer. “There’s this Chinese drama which I looooooved called The First Frost… so cuteeee it was!” she exclaimed.
