The seven-month-old canine, admitted to Tata’s Small Animal Hospital, is battling suspected tick fever and life-threatening anaemia.

In his Instagram post, Tata expressed his urgent need for help, stating, «I would really really appreciate your help. This 7-month-old dog at our animal hospital needs an urgent blood transfusion. He is admitted for suspected tick fever and life-threatening anaemia. We urgently need a dog blood donor in Mumbai.»
Ratan Tata also shared a picture of the ailing puppy, adding a personal touch to his appeal.

- Aged between 1 to 8 years
- Weighing at least 25 kg
- Fully vaccinated and dewormed
