Richard Wilks to head up UBS’ ECM APAC Syndicate

UBS equity capital markets banker Richard Wilks has been named head of equity capital market syndicate for Asia Pacific, Street Talk understands.
UBS has announced a string of changes in its equity capital markets team.
He had been head of UBS’ ECM syndicate in Australia and New Zealand, moving across from the debt capital markets side of the business in 2015. Wilks has been with the Swiss bank since 2011, working across Sydney and Hong Kong.
Sources said Kevin Cui has also been appointed head of UBS’ ECM syndicate in Asia.
