Samsung is sending out media invites for the event where it says: “A new cultural driver is coming. Come along on our journey to discover an all-new Galaxy as we showcase our latest technologies designed to open possibilities and transform lives. It’s going to make you want to Join the flip side." Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will begin at 4:30 pm IST.
The event will be broadcasted live on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and Samsung’s YouTube channel. It is expected that Smsung may unveil its next-generation of foldables phones at the event. This may include Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5.
“Find out more by joining Samsung Electronics on July 26 as we host the very first Unpacked in Seoul, Korea, a place where traditional culture and futuristic visions intersect to inspire global trends and game-changing innovation," the company further stated in the invite. Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 phone may come powered by an overclocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The device is said tol be offered with up to 12GB of RAM.
It may come in three different storage options – 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. However, the storage models will vary depending on the location. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 is tipped to have a 7.6-inch foldable display with a 6.2-inch cover screen.
The phone’s main display is tipped to be an QXGA+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It may be equipped with a triple camera setup on the back. The system may consist of a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor and a 12MP telephoto lens.
The Galaxy Z Fold 5 is said to be equipped with a 4MP under display camera and a 10MP outer screen front camera. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 may feature a different hinge design than the existing model. The new
