SBI Mutual Fund has extended the closure date of SBI Nifty 500 Index Fund NGO to September 26. The original closing date was September 24.
The fund house informed about this to its unitholder through a notice-cum-addendum. The fund house mentioned that the closing date for the new fund offer period of SBI Nifty 500 Index Fund, an open ended scheme replicating / tracking Nifty 500 Index, has been extended from September 24 to September 26.
The new fund offer or NFO of the scheme is open for subscription from September 17.

The fund will be benchmarked against Nifty 500 — TRI and will be managed by Viral Chhadva.
The fund will give an opportunity to invest in a single index, Nifty 500 index, which includes the top 500 stocks by market capitalization covering the large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap segments.
