The 32-year-old singer revealed that she is yet to come to terms with this diagnosis. “I haven't ever said this, but I unfortunately can't carry my own children," she told the publication. I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby's in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while,” she told the publication.

The diva had never shied away from sharing her health struggles with the world. Earlier, she had opened up about living with lupus, an incurable autoimmune condition which leads to degeneration of the body’s tissues. In 2017, she revealed she had to undergo a kidney transplantation surgery. The ‘Ice Cream’ singer also admitted that she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
Discussing her thoughts on motherhood, Ms. Gomez revealed to Vanity Fair her desire to become a parent, sharing that she is exploring both surrogacy and adoption as potential paths.
«It's not necessarily the way I envisioned it. I thought it would happen the way it happens for everyone,» she admitted.
«I'm in a much better place with that. I find it a blessing that there are wonderful people willing to do surrogacy or adoption, which are both huge
