The news alarmed fans worldwide, leading to widespread concern about the superstar's health. However, Shah Rukh Khan's manager, Pooja Dadlani, provided a reassuring update.
On Wednesday, she took to social media to address the fans' concerns. «To all of Mr. Khan's fans and well-wishers, he is doing well. Thank you for your love, prayers, and concern,» she posted on Instagram.
Further easing the fans' worries, Juhi Chawla, co-owner of KKR and a close friend of Shah Rukh, confirmed the improvement in his condition. She told News18, «Shah Rukh was not feeling too well last night, but he is being attended to and was feeling much better this evening. God willing, he will soon be up and in the stands on the weekend, cheering the team as we play the finals.»
The hospitalization occurred on Wednesday, following a grand welcome for Shah Rukh at the ITC Narmada Hotel in Ahmedabad the previous night. His condition worsened the next morning, prompting his admission to KD Hospital. Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh's wife, along with Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta, visited him at the hospital.
During Tuesday's match, Shah Rukh was accompanied by his daughter Suhana Khan, his younger son AbRam, and his manager Pooja Dadlani. Friends of Suhana, including Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Navya Nanda, and Agastya Nanda, were also present
