Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

The NSE Nifty index traded 54.41 points up at 23592.25, while BSE Sensex was up 213.63 points at 77554.71 as of 10:39AM(IST)on June 25.

In the Nifty index, UltraTech Cement Ltd.(up 1.85 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(up 1.67 per cent), HDFC Bank Ltd.(up 1.30 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd.(up 1.11 per cent) and Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(up 0.92 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.(down 1.07 per cent), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 0.97 per cent), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(down 0.88 per cent), NTPC Ltd.(down 0.76 per cent) and Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(down 0.75 per cent) were among the top losers.
