In the Nifty index, Wipro Ltd.(up 2.37 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 2.15 per cent), Titan Company Ltd.(up 1.84 per cent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(up 1.78 per cent) and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 1.53 per cent) were among the top gainers.
