VFS Global has warned people individuals applying for Schengen visas that it does have not any say in the decision as well as timeline regarding their application. In an official statement, VFS said that timelines concerning the applications are entirely up to the respective governments.

Stay away from tricksters claiming to fast-track your visa approvals, » it said in a tweet.VFS also warned everyone to stay away from tricksters that claim to fast-track their visa approvals, using the hashtag “Do Not Fall For Fraud”.
VFS also said that they only receive the application and stressing that they do not have any type of influence on the decision. The warning comes from VFS Global amid increased report of scammers claiming that they get visa expedite in exchange of some extra money.Schengen visa applicants needs to only pay a processing fee while applying for their visa.
Depending upon the visa type, individuals are expected to submit several documents. Schengen short-term visa permits its holders stay in the Schengen area for up to 90-days within a six-month period.
