Stock market update: Nifty Pharma index 0.08%

Shares of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(up 1.89 per cent), Lupin Ltd.(up 1.4 per cent), Mankind Pharma Ltd.(up 1.03 per cent), Ipca Laboratories Ltd.(up 0.7 per cent) and J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.(up 0.68 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.

On the other hand, Gland Pharma Ltd.(down 1.74 per cent), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.18 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(down 0.94 per cent), Zydus Lifesciences Ltd.(down 0.84 per cent) and Ajanta Pharma Ltd.(down 0.73 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Pharma index closed 0.08 per cent at 22291.45.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 8.96 points at 24610.05, while the BSE Sensex stood 1.59 points at 81510.05.
